Covid-19 Policy.
/We have received an update from NHS Track and Trace regarding the latest Covid Regulations.
With effect from now (24th February, 2022) we no longer have to ask every member or visitor to -
ask every customer or visitor aged 16 or over to ‘check in’ by scanning the NHS COVID-19 QR code poster using the NHS COVID-19 app, or providing their name and telephone number
keep a record of all staff working on your premises, including their shift times and dates, and contact details
keep records of customers, visitors, and staff for 21 days to support NHS Test and Trace
We will also remove our NHS COVID-19 QR code poster and other check in systems in accordance with Government Regulations.
So this means that as from now we no longer have to record members/visitors' details at the Clubhouse or at the Folly and Cowes sites.
The records we have recorded will be retained for a total of three weeks and then deleted in accordance with Government procedure.
Covid, however, continues to be a risk so some precautions will remain in place –
If you have symptoms, do not enter the Clubhouse and get tested.
If positive, isolate for 5 days from the date you had symptoms. Negative tests on day 5 and 6 mean you can return on Day 6.
The Government still recommend & encourage the use of face masks.
Anti-bac gel stations in the Boathouse and on entry into the lounge will stay in place.
We will remove the temperature check stations.
