The Hants & Dorset ARA Presentation Dinner takes place on Saturday, 12th November, 2016. at the Novotel Southampton.

The Club has won the Men's Novice Sculls Championship and a share in the Ladies Novice Fours Championship and although there are no individual medals for Novice Championships there are Trophies to collect - including a Safety Award.

So it would be really good if a few members could attend. Its usually a pretty good evening. 

The Cost of the evening is £27:00 and this includes: 3 Course meal, coffee, mints and shortbread. 

The usual heads and tails will be played together with a small high quality raffle prize draw.

Club members have to pay individual clubs for tickets and one club cheque or bank transfer is sent and info will be sent to the club organiser re: table planning - which I guess will be me!

If anyone from the Club is interested in going - I am happy to arrange the tickets - but wont book accommodation. If you want tickets then you need to let me know - and let me have the money and menu choices by the end of October at the very latest - earlier if possible.

Menu Choice Saturday 12th November 2016

Starters. Smoked Salmon - Horseradish creme fraiche & dressed wild rocket; Terrine (v) - chickpea, tahini, hazelnut & lemon

Mains. Chicken Supreme - Wrapped in smoked bacon, fondant potato, braised red cabbage, honey glazed carrot, fresh oregano jus; Roasted topside of Beef - Paprika scented roasted potatoes, root vegetables, yorkshire pudding & red wine jus

Cheddar cheese, cornish clotted cream & leek tart (v)

Desserts. Trio of desserts; Fresh fruit salad; Cheese platter
