The maximum we can expect is 14, but normally we number about 10 to 12. All we need are chairs and a table for the minute taker would be helpful, but not essential.

RRC Committee Meetings are usually held on the first Monday of the month (except when its Bank Holiday - when it moves to the 2nd Monday) at around 7.30pm to around 10.30pm in the Back Bar.
Note. Ryde Harriers use the Clubhouse on Tuesday evening. They use the Main Lounge, Changing rooms and showers - both Men’s and Ladies - from around 7.00pm until around 10.30pm. They usually have a Committee Meeting in the Back bar the 2nd Wednesday of the month from aroud 7.00pm.
