The third FISH & CHIP SUPPER AND TALK on the new season

takes place on THURSDAY 30th March AT 7.30PM at the Clubhouse.

The talk is by – Stephen Fisher from the Maritime Archaeology Trust (Southampton) – Forgotten Wrecks of the First World War.

ALSO – MONTHLY “100+ CLUB” CASH DRAW AND RAFFLE.

All Club & 150 Club Members plus family and friends welcome.

Fish & Chips Suppers and talks will continue – usually on the last Thursday of the month - until October when there will be a break over the Christmas and New Year period.

Thursday 27th July 2017 – Monkey Haven – Home for rescued animals – from whooping gibbons and cheeky capuchins to owls, meerkats and many more exotic creatures.

Caroline Douglas, mother of Dom - who rows for the Club and is a members of the Men's Coastal Junior Squad - is running her first half marathon in Southampton this Sunday 23rd April 2017 and fund raising for Ryde Rowing Club's new boat . We need –

People for all or part of the day on the

Friday (12th May) to help Setup.

The Sandwich bash will be early evening on this Friday.

On Saturday (Regatta Day) we need help on the Bar and

with serving of Refreshments, during the day and into the evening at the Clubhouse.

In particular we need some help manning the Ryde R. C. Safety boat (preferably but not necessarily with someexperience) – where a number of are usual helpers are not available this years.

Help with Breakfasts on Sunday morning.
