The IW Sports Achievements Awards.

Rising stars, international champions and long-serving volunteers were honoured at the 51st Isle of Wight Sports Achievement Awards on Thursday, 19th March held at the Medina Theatre, Newport.

Among them Ryde Rowing Club’s Charlie Watts who won the intermediate Boys section in recognition of his outstanding performances at various single sculling events in 2025.

The Clubs Junior Women’s Squad of Abi Locke, Fion and Alexis Owen, Eve Gordon, Emily Kellerman and Ruby Read received a certificate of achievement for their Hants & Dorset Amateur Rowing Association Coastal Junior Championship in 2025.
